American Health at Home Appoints Board of Directors

Charleston, SC – American Health at Home today announced the formation of its Board of Directors, comprised of seasoned executives with decades of leadership across healthcare, operations, finance, and private equity.
Joseph Land, Chairman - Originally founder of The Joseph Land Group, where he built one of the largest temperature-controlled logistics providers in North America., scaling to 1,500 trucks, 23 offices, and $179 million in annual revenue before a successful exit. Land brings more than 40 years of operational and entrepreneurial leadership to the board.
Ziad Makhzoumi, Director of Finance - Former CEO of Fakih IVF Group, where he expanded the business from a single clinic to the UAE’s leading fertility services provider, culminating in a $500 million sale to NMC Health. Named Healthcare CEO of the year by the Wall Street Journal. Previously CFO of Arabtec Holding PJSC, where he guided the firm through the 2008 financial crisis while it became the most actively traded stock on the Dubai Financial Market.
Jay Duty, Director of Home Health - Brings more than 20 years of experience in home health and hospice. Formerly Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Enhabit and Vice President of Network Strategy at Encompass Health, where he built value-based care partnerships with payors, ACOs, and health systems.
David Brown, Director of Accounting - Seasoned executive with more than four decades of experience in corporate governance and M&A. Former Chief Accounting Officer of Dresser during its $3 billion acquisition by General Electric, later CFO of multiple private equity–backed companies. Currently serves as Audit and Compensation Committee Chair at Perma-Pipe International, a Nasdaq-listed company.
Mikyle Jessen, Managing Partner - President of JL Capital Group and it's healthcare division. Previously, CEO of National Corporate Credit, which he scaled to a national leader to more than 850 representatives, recognized by Inc. Magazine as America's fastest growing companies. His work has been featured on CNBC, Harvard Business School, Nasdaq, and Bloomberg.
