Tim Noonan

Tim Noonan brings 25 years of healthcare leadership experience to JL Capital Group, specializing in post-acute care sectors including skilled nursing facilities (SNF), home health, hospice, and remote patient monitoring.

Tim began his career as a skilled nursing facility administrator, successfully managing multiple facilities across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He later expanded his role to oversee the development of new facilities throughout the Southwest for a leading provider of hospital-based skilled nursing units.

In 2018, Tim acquired The Home Health Team in Dallas, where he led exceptional growth, increasing patient census from 50 to over 1,100. From 2020 - 2024, his company achieved a 72.3% compound annual growth rate. Under his leadership, The Home Health Team has become a trusted partner to Texas Health Resources, Methodist Health System, and HCA, with a focus on high-acuity care.
